Breastfeeding is honestly one of my favourite things to do, apart from bonding & relaxing I get to give the girls something my body worked very hard to produce... Though it's hard sometimes its worth it and now it's even better that I can pass onto Lu all the amazing nutrients I can now get into my diet by 9am 😁 everything I have goes straight to her through my breastmilk so now I don't have to try so hard to get everything right #birthwithoutfear #breatfeedwithoutfear![]()
